Copy DVDs

How do i copy movies from my pc to disk?

I have lots of movies on my pc but when i try to copy to a disk it keeps saying "Microsoft encountered a problem" and it wont copy. My pc has a DVD +- writer/CD writer. The DVD's are 4.7gb so what's the problem? All answers appreciated. p.s. What software should i be using?

1. Update firmware...try using another program to burn...
2. What software are you using to burn? The software may well be out of date go to the website get lastest update patch for burning programe may help. Alos the actual size of movie may be to large (GB)
